CL-8 Container Loader

The CL-8 is a self-propelled loader capable of lifting and transferring loads up to 3,600 kg (8,000 lb). The loader improves the handling procedures for servicing the lower deck of all conventional cargo aircraft.
The CL-8 provides a lower Total Cost of Ownership with a design that provides excellent safety, operational flexibility and lower maintenance costs.

The location and layout of the control unit allows use with all types of aircraft currently in operation.

CLT-8-Container Lifting Transporter

The CLT-8 is a self-propelled Container Lifting Transporter with a single platform. It is designed to lift, lower and transfer loads up to 3,600 kg (8,000 lb). The CLT-8 improves the handling procedures for servicing the lower deck of all aircraft including the popular A320 series.
The CLT-8 provides a lower Total Cost of Ownership with a design that reduces labor expenses and maintenance costs by allowing operation as both a loader and a transporter.

Commander 15i

The latest generation of the world’s best selling loader, with the famous HeliRoll® convey system and power module, reliable hydraulics and electrics, and a lift capacity of 7,000 kgs (15,400 lbs).

The Commander 15i cargo loader provides main deck and lower lobe container loading capability for a wide variety of passenger and freighter aircraft. The loaders are available in a standard, wide and universal configuration.

With a larger engine and load sensing hydraulic system the Commander 15i has increased fuel savings of up to 60% of loaders using smaller engines.

The PLC monitors over 450 conditions and the maintenance interface allows single point interface for comlete control, fault logging with time stamp, status, troubleshooting, easy set up and adjustment, quick faultfinding and is multilingual.

Commander 30i

Advanced benefits in heavy weight performance the 30i services wide-body lower and main decks and narrow-body decks with a lift capacity up to 15,000 kgs (33,000 lbs).

The Commander Family Grows

The new Commander 40i cargo loader (formally known as the Commander 30i 20T) introdced to the Commander family utilizes the latest technology to provide platform lifting capabilities of 20,000 kg (44,000 lb) for all main deck freighter and lower lobe wide body aircraft.
Like other members of the Commander family, the Commander 40i offers a swing out power module with an Onboard Diagnostic System (ODS), HeliRoll® convey system and fail safe controls.  An patent pending LIFTsmart™ closed loop automatic lifting systems ensures smooth uplifts and improved stability for heavy or off centered loads.

Commander 60i

The Commander Family Grows

The new heavyweight Commander 60i cargo loader provides platform lifting capabilities of 30,000 kg (66,000 lb) for main and lower deck loading on a wide variety of passenger and freight aircraft.
Like other members of the Commander family, the Commander 60i offers a swing out power module with an Onboard Diagnostic System (ODS).  A longer rear platform has enough space for (3) 98 x 128 ULS’s and the heaviest loads are conveyed efficiently as the HeliRoll® convey system covers the complete platform.

CPT-7 Container Pallet Transporter

The CPT-7 is a chainless cargo transporter which is specially designed to transport and transfer palletized and containerized cargo to other load handling vehicles such as aircraft cargo loaders, container and pallet dollies, racks, etc. The CPT-7 is capable of handling a 96” x 125” full size pallet or two containers (LD1 or LD3) with a maximum load capacity of 7,000 kg (15,400 lb).

Fingers allow the operator to interface with dollies and docking station and to transfer loads without leaving the driver’s seat reducing the potential for injuries.

RampSnake® Bulk Loading System

The RampSnake® is a bulk cargo loader designed to assist in the loading and unloading of a variety of aircraft.

The RampSnake is equipped with tiltable front and rear lifters to eliminate injuries related to loading and unloading bulk cargo and to expedite the loading and unloading process. Use of individually powered belts and and an extendable conveyor system it is easily extended and retracted at a 90-degree angle inside the aircraft.
The RampSnake provides a lower Total Cost of Ownership with a design that has a number of patented features which reduce operator injuries, aircraft damage, manpower requirements and turn times.
